We are currently seeking an experienced and results-oriented Car Sales Executive to join our team in Loughborough. The Role As a Car Sales Executive, you will manage the entire sales process, from the initial enquiry to vehicle handover and post-sale follow-up. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong customer relationships, managing a database of leads, and ensuring a seamless, personalised customer experience. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget, offering tailored advice. Present and demonstrate Kia vehicles, highlighting key features and benefits. Organise and conduct test drives to showcase vehicle performance and quality. Negotiate and finalise sales with professionalism and transparency. Keep your customer database updated, ensuring consistent follow-up and relationship management. Respond promptly to customer enquiries via our

system to provide an outstanding service (aiming to respond within 15 minutes). Stay informed about Kia products, industry trends, and competitor offerings. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in car sales within a prestige franchise (essential). A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Professional and a customer-focused approach. Knowledge of Dealerweb DMS or similar CRM systems (preferred). Familiarity with FCA compliance requirements. A valid UK driving licence. What We Offer Competitive Salary:

£18,000 basic, with uncapped OTE of £45,000. Company Vehicle:
