New and Used Car Sales Executive - Leamington Spa
OTE £50K Exceptional Commission package No Sundays Experience in a franchised dealership environment is preferred Our client, a highly successful Family owned franchised Main Dealer Group, is looking for a Car Sales Executive to join their team in Warwickshire. You must be a well-presented and professional sales person with a clear understanding of the sales process in order to be considered for this position and have a demonstrable record of success in the Automotive industry or Retail business. The main duties include: Assisting customers with the purchase of New and Used vehicles following a structured (but not rigid) sales process. Meeting and greeting customers. Qualifying customer needs. Carrying out test drives. Part exchange appraisal. Presenting proposals. Closing deals. Carrying out a quality delivery at all times. You will ideally be currently working as a Car Sales Executive or in Retail, but looking to join a professionally managed dealership where results performance is highly rewarded and you will be recognised as an individual that contributes to the success of the business.
