A well-regarded regional practice with offices across Yorkshire is looking to bring in a New Build Conveyancer to join their busy and successful residential conveyancing department based in Cleckheaton. The firm is well-established across the region and has a strong reputation with lots of repeat business and strong relationships with local agents. You will be working in a small team of 3 focusing on new build work but be part of a bigger residential team.
Working alongside two other fee earners, you will be an experienced conveyancer with particular expertise in new build work. They provide a high-quality service to clients and value the relationships that they have built over the years.
This role is largely office-based; however, some working from home days can be considered.
The firm is looking to hear from conveyancing fee earners with proven experience in new build files and a desire to develop further within this area.
