Position Overview As a Shared Ownership Conveyancing Solicitor, you will manage a busy caseload and play a crucial role in guiding clients through the conveyancing process for New Build properties under the Shared Ownership scheme. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring smooth transactions and maintaining strong relationships with clients, developers, and mortgage brokers.
