This role involves but is not limited to:

Answering non-property, mainly litigation, employment, and family-related new business enquiries (calls and e-mails). Providing legal estimates to clients and referrers. Account management of specific agents and referrers including proactive calls to each referrer to ensure business is passed to Taylor Rose in the first instance. Follow up all estimates given within 24/48 hours and pass feedback to the team leader on any lost instructions. Provide administrative support to fee-earning teams and the specific needs of the department as directed by the Team Lead/Head of New Business/Commercial Director. Allocation of cases dependent on referrer, levels of work within each team, and the specific needs of the team as directed by the Head of Business Development/Head of Conveyancing. Accurate use of case management systems as well as Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel. Accurate data entry into electronic portals during the client introduction process. Promoting Taylor Rose services to customers & cross-selling legal services within Taylor Rose within the new business teams. Understanding GDPR requirements for dealing with clients' personal information. Working to department targets and KPIs. Assisting clients with answering questions and guiding them where necessary on how to progress through the new client onboarding process. Working closely with the account manager to ensure we are getting the most out of our referring partners and provide details of potential issues that could arise. Build strong relationships across the accounts managed to help with referrer engagement and continued growth of the department. Requirements:
