New Business Consultant Are you seeking an engaging position that blends client interaction with administrative tasks? Our client is seeking a dynamic and polished Sales Consultant to join their team at a reputable company located in their customer-centric office in Borehamwood. Comprehensive training will be provided, but candidates should possess a friendly disposition, relish the opportunity to engage with customers, and demonstrate proficiency in IT. This role would be perfect for someone who is confident on the phone and has had previous experience of cold calling. Key Responsibilities: Generating leads, making outbound calls, and onboarding new clients. Lead generation of potential new clients via our internal database or other means. Obtaining and negotiating pricing with suppliers, including discounts. Develop continuing relationships with existing customers with an aim to increase their monthly spend. Ensure all client expectations and needs are not only met but exceeded, thereby fostering long-term relationships. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients. Regularly assess client feedback and implement necessary improvements to enhance overall client experience. The successful candidate will have: At least 1 year previous experience cold calling (B2B or B2C). Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner. Excellent organisational skills. A collaborative team player with a flexible and positive approach to work. On-site parking. Commission Pay. 25 days holiday + Bank holidays (an additional day is given for every 1 years’ service).
