Telesales Apprenticeship – Level 2 (fixed term of 18 months)

Are you looking for a fantastic opportunity in Telesales but seeking something a little different? PHS Greenleaf is looking for a Telesales Apprentice to join their expanding team, focusing on seasonal campaigns, including Christmas, and promotions throughout the year.
The role will entail an element of cold calling, creating opportunities, making appointments for our Field Sales Managers, and gathering information. From time to time, you would also support the customer service team with various customer-related tasks and queries.
We’re looking for someone with honesty, integrity, and a positive can-do attitude. If you are reliable, determined, and looking to start a career in sales, we would be delighted to hear from you.
Essential skills and qualities we look for in a Telesales Apprentice:
Clear and confident communication verbally, via the telephone, and in writing.
Keen to learn our processes and how to apply them.
Able to pay close attention to detail and accurately follow clear guidelines.
Determination to get it right for our customers.
Good personal organizational skills and the ability to focus without becoming distracted.
Confident using computer systems.
We need someone with a passion for speaking to customers – a great communicator who enjoys discussing our products. The key is to make our customers feel valued and to show that we have customers at the heart of everything that we do.
