LONDON Harnham is working with a market research consultancy to find a New Business Development Manager with a background in the research industry to sell their platform. THE ROLE Develop a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers to lead client relationships, upsell, and achieve growth targets Manage and oversee relationships with senior customer stakeholders Review meetings, create roadmaps and strategy reviews Set up and lead on account review meetings to identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities Deliver on KPIs Work with other teams to improve the platform feature set and user experience Support the development of the platform with new ideas from marketplace knowledge ABOUT YOU 5 years experience (minimum) in client development, account management, or sales within research tech, SaaS, or insights Hunter-type personality and an entrepreneurial spirit Deep understanding of research software and/or audience businesses Strong relationship building skills Passionate about driving results with a customer-centric approach Please register your interest by sending your CV to Roshni Baillie via the Apply link on this page.
