Job Role: New Business Director

As the New Business Director – Brand, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, working closely with the Commercial Director to identify, pitch, and secure new opportunities.

  1. Taking full ownership of revenue targets, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  2. Building and nurturing strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
  3. Staying ahead of market trends to proactively identify and pursue new opportunities.
  4. Acting as a professional ambassador at client meetings, pitches, and industry events, showcasing the agency’s diverse capabilities.
  5. Collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless, integrated solutions to clients.
  6. Maintaining a robust sales pipeline and providing accurate revenue forecasts to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets.
