The Hospitality Department is responsible for the sales and delivery of all matchday hospitality and premium matchday experiences, along with adhoc Club events such as the End of Season Awards Dinner and Play on the Pitch experiences. This is an exciting time to join the Hospitality Department as we have expanded our offering with over 15 areas providing world-class, premium experiences. The New Business team identifies new potential customers, builds relationships, and drives forward new business. The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a New Business Sales Executive to join our team at Bodymoor Heath Training Ground to provide maternity cover. You will be responsible for identifying and generating new business across our seasonal and matchday offerings, ultimately driving revenue. You will use various approaches to identify potential new business, including networking, phone conversations, and analyzing lapse data to convert into business leads. You will also work on matchdays, hosting prospective customers and showcasing our offerings while supporting the wider Hospitality Department as needed. The Person
We are looking for someone personable who can act as an ambassador for the Club, building strong relationships with customers from initial contact and providing best-in-class customer service. You will have demonstrable sales experience in a target-driven environment with a proven track record and a desire to exceed targets. You will be proactive and motivated, with an eye for identifying new opportunities. You must be able to work in a dynamic environment, under pressure, and meet deadlines while multitasking and prioritizing appropriately. Ideally, you will also be process-driven, detail-oriented, and possess strong analytical/research skills. Why Join Us?
