What You’ll Do:

Build and Lead a High-Performing Team:

Recruit, onboard, and mentor a team of Business Development Managers. Create a results-driven culture with clear performance expectations and regular coaching. Foster accountability and empower your team to excel. Drive New Business Acquisition:

Develop and implement winning sales strategies for the SME market. Cultivate relationships with decision-makers, positioning AirIT as a trusted partner. Close deals that deliver value and solve SME challenges. Manage a Robust Sales Pipeline:

Build a healthy pipeline that provides 3x target coverage. Generate leads through networking, partnerships, and strategic campaigns. Monitor and improve conversion rates to achieve business goals. Collaborate Cross-Functionally:

Align with marketing to refine lead generation efforts and messaging. Partner with delivery and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding. Share market insights with product teams to drive innovation. Lead with Vision:

Inspire and mentor your team to reach new heights. Provide regular training to sharpen sales techniques and product knowledge. Set clear KPIs and celebrate success at every step. What Success Looks Like:
