The Role
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will be working in a successful and supportive property team. The role would involve dealing with a full range of commercial Landlord and Tenant work (including leases, agreements for leases, licences for alteration, licences to assign, rent deposit deeds) as well as commercial property purchases and sales, refinancing and property support on Company Commercial matters. There will also be development work and site acquisitions from initial stages through to disposition with conditional contracts, option agreements, overage agreements and finance agreements. About you
The successful candidate will be a UK qualified Solicitor with four plus years of post-qualification experience in Commercial Property law. You will also be a great team player, have a good eye for detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills and client focus. About the firm
