Contentious Trusts and Wills Lawyer
to work as part of their fast-growing disputes team. The ideal candidate will already have a solid grounding in this practice area and have experience dealing with the Inheritance Act, contested wills, executor disputes, and equitable interest claims. They have some exciting opportunities and are a growing team, with a variety of opportunities from 2+ PQE to Associate within the team. What’s important is a passion for client service and a desire to make a difference within the team. You will be working with clients who are going through some of the most difficult times in their life and playing a key role in supporting them and the team. You’ll be working within a supportive and dynamic business with access to key stakeholders in an open and communicative culture. They’re flexible about PQE level, and as a leading law firm, they’re able to offer agile working for lawyers that are the best fit for the team. You will have ACTAPS and/or STEP qualifications or they will be willing to support you with this.
