Sales Advisor

to join their existing team. If you are someone that is keen to learn and enjoys a challenge, they would love to hear from you. Training is offered with this position, along with the opportunity to progress for the right person. What we need from you:

Experience working in a similar industry but not essential as training can be provided Ideally hold a driving licence – need to drive to and from site Have an interest in property Good computer skills, competent using CRMs, MS Office etc. Able to think on your feet Someone who enjoys a challenge Good with people, friendly, able to build rapport with others No qualifications needed What the role involves:

Manage negotiations to achieve sales targets with a focus on price improvement Recognise customer profiles to tailor your approach and build rapport Provide knowledgeable information and thorough show home demonstrations Establish customer requirements, needs, and wants to provide relevant information Provide and explain all relevant information to customers including plans, products, pricing etc. Ensuring that the information is up to date and fully understood, whilst managing customer expectations Maintain contact with customers on a regular basis, focusing on ensuring an excellent customer journey and providing progress updates Represent and deliver the high-quality standards of the company Carry out regular plot checks to identify and report quality and presentation concerns to site team and management to maintain quality standards Regularly review and maintain site and show home presentation standards and highlight to management any areas requiring improvement Salary:

up to £30,000 per year - depending on experience. Hours:

Working 37.5 hours - Thursday – Monday 9.30am – 5.30pm with 30 minute lunch break. The role will also involve working on some Bank Holidays. Benefits:
