We are supporting a well-known Plc. developer in their recruitment for a Sales Progressor to be based in South Glamorgan.
As a Sales Progressor you are tasked with overseeing the swift and efficient progression of all new homes sales from reservation through to legal completion. To do this requires regular communication with purchasers, on-site Sales Consultants, Solicitors, Financial Advisors, Estate Agents.
The ideal candidate will have a background in either new home sales, conveyancing, or estate agency, with an excellent understanding of the conveyancing process. You will have previous experience of dealing with volume sales, plot progression, and legal completions.

An excellent communicator.
Previous experience in dealing with a large workload.
Previous experience in new home sales progression.
Able to deliver a high level of customer service.
Knowledge of the residential sales process.
Ability to build strong business relationships.
