Exciting Lead Care Professional role to join a dedicated team in the Sheffield South area. As one of our NEW Lead Care Professionals, you will be providing unrushed support to a wide spectrum of vulnerable adults, in their own homes, from companionship to specialist support and clinical care services. This role is community-based from our Montrose Road Office (S7). You will also act as a leader to our Care Professionals, providing guidance and support in the field as needed. Successful candidates will be encouraged to progress further in their healthcare career, working closely with our office team to ensure an exceptional level of support to Home Instead Clients and Care Professionals. Benefits include:

A fixed working pattern of 37.5 hours per week Double pay for bank holidays Paid travel time and mileage Alternate weekends off ALWAYS having 2 days off together, so you can really switch off 5.6 Weeks Holiday per Annum (inclusive of bank holidays) BHSF Health scheme after 12 months service Extensive progression opportunities within Home Instead Valuable training opportunities will be available to our Lead Care Professionals such as Care Specific Trainer qualifications and Diplomas up to Level 5 in Health & Social Care. An element of this role will also focus on community engagement and communicating our vision that high-quality care should be provided in the safety and comfort of your own home.
