Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced New Logo IT Managed Services Sales Lead to join our team. This role is critical in driving our growth strategy, focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, specifically within the IT managed services sector, and possess the strategic mindset to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive sales plans aimed at acquiring new clients within the managed services market. Identify Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients, understanding their needs and how our services can meet those needs. Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish strong relationships with prospective clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and service delivery teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company. Negotiate Contracts: Manage the negotiation process with potential clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached. Report and Analyse Sales Metrics: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance against targets. Use data to drive decision-making and strategy adjustments. Required Skills & Experience:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Proven sales experience in the IT managed services or IT solutions sector, with a proven track record of success in new business acquisition. Strong understanding of managed services and the IT landscape. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Results-driven with a passion for sales and business development. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to travel as required. Our Selection Process:
