NPD Manager

As our

NPD Manager , you’ll take the reins of our cutting-edge product development pipeline, delivering

200+ SKUs annually

across iconic brands like The GelBottle Inc. and Peacci. Here’s what your role will look like: Lead end-to-end product development:

Collaborate with regulatory, design, and lab teams to create innovative products that launch on time and exceed expectations. Be the customer expert:

Dive into market research, pinpoint pain points, and identify opportunities to revolutionise the professional nail industry. Shape product messaging:

Craft ingredient and product stories that amplify our uniqueness and drive marketing campaigns. Build supplier partnerships:

Strengthen relationships, source exciting opportunities, and expand our supplier portfolio. Drive product performance:

Monitor results, enhance existing ranges, and brief teams on upcoming launches. Empower your team:

Mentor and inspire your NPD Assistant to unlock their full potential. This

hybrid role

requires a minimum of three days per week in our vibrant office. What You’ll Bring to the Table:

We’re looking for someone with proven NPD experience, ideally within the

beauty industry

(bonus points for professional beauty!). You’ll need: Strong organisational skills with experience in product coordination and CPA management, able to multitask and prioritise effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate across teams and with external partners. A proactive, positive mindset, thriving in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
