Here at Alexander Steele Recruitment, we continue to partner with a highly innovative food manufacturer that supplies a wide range of food products to UK retailers and food service providers. Due to continuous growth, the business is looking to appoint an NPD Manager to its team at its facility in London. On offer: Salary circa £45,000 + Bonus 33 days holiday Company pension The role: As NPD Manager, you will work closely with the Product Developers and Customers on the successful development and launch of a range of branded and private label products for both retail and foodservice markets. Pivotal parts of the role include building relationships with and understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities, and assessing market trends. By delivering products that cater to the evolving tastes of customers and end consumers, the NPD Manager will play a key role in driving the company’s growth. Candidate requirements: At least 3 years experience in a similar role within food manufacturing A degree or equivalent in food science/innovation Passionate about food innovation and a foodie at heart Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple NPD projects end to end. Excellent communicator and the ability to effectively work and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
