The Role
Undertaking fee-earning work and providing a profitable contribution to the work of the department.
Dealing with your own case load but also working on major projects.
Management of key clients and major development project work.
Delivering training and managing juniors / team goals and plans.
The Person:
Appropriate experience in development and investment – technical excellence.
Experience in a development role.
Strong technical skills.
Ability to produce high quality work.
Aptitude for intellectually demanding work.
Ambition, drive and with a real interest in CRM.
Able to work hard and deliver inspiring results.
Ability to work to deadlines with good time management skills.
