Summary The Senior Process Engineer will play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing supplier deliverables. Acting as an Intelligent Customer, you will ensure supplier outputs meet requirements and will lead efforts to refine and improve processes. The position involves the development of procurement specifications, process optimization, and troubleshooting design challenges. Key Responsibilities Continuous improvement of processes. Development and review of Process Flow Diagrams. Utilising lean tools. Participating in, and leading Kaizens. Layout Drawings. Component Sizing Calculations. Component and Equipment Datasheets and Specification. Process engineering. Problem solving. Implementing solutions in a timely manner. Managing and presenting data and improvement plans. Manage change process and documentation. Responsibility for all moulding processes. Requirements: Critical thinking skills and methodology. Good communication skills. Ability to read technical drawings. IT Skills (Excel, Visio, CAD). Practical hands-on person. Leadership skills. Project management experience. Significant Process Engineering exposure in an engineering-based manufacturing environment. 5 years experience in a similar role, with Lean methodology. Knowledge of materials (rubber, metallurgy, plastics). Basic finance knowledge. CAD skills.
