The successful candidate will join the established national property team working from the Bristol office. The team’s work encompasses all areas of rural life and business, from lifestyle buyers of country houses to historic landowners managing estates and well-established rural businesses expanding into new projects.
As a part of this successful team, you will be required to handle a broad range of property work, including but not limited to:
Sales and purchases
Non-contentious landlord and tenant
Secured borrowing and lending
Development sites including ancillary documents such as easements, options and pre-emption arrangements
