Established in 1961, Clearview Cleaning Services has been keeping schools, surgeries & work premises clean, and as our business continues to grow, we are looking for more cleaners to join our growing team.
Job Title: Cleaning Team Leader
Location: Hollybush Walk, Hereford HR2 6AF
Hours: 12.5 hours per week
Days: Monday to Friday
Times:
3.15-5.45pm Rate of pay: £13.00 p/h Recognising that our staff are our biggest asset, we train and support our cleaners and team leaders to achieve their best, which in turn makes for happy clients. While we would prefer applicants for this position to have some previous cleaning and supervisory experience, we’d still like to hear from applicants who are just starting out in this area of work or considering their first supervisory position. The general duties you will be expected to complete are: Cleaning & restocking bathroom/toilet areas Emptying bins & disposing of rubbish Monitoring cleaning standards across the school Maintain stock levels & orders Support cleaning team & foster a positive working environment In return for hard work and reliability, we offer: 4 weekly pay (throughout all school holidays too!) Uniform Optional overtime Progression & extra hours 5.6 weeks paid annual leave We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and we expect all staff to share this commitment.
