Our client is a long-standing high-street firm who are looking for a full-time Wills & Probate Solicitor / Associate to work in their small and dedicated team in Porthcawl. This is a permanent, full-time role with flexible long-term hybrid working and a highly competitive salary.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Advising clients on all aspects of wills and probate matters.
Preparing different types of wills including advising upon Inheritance tax planning and risks of death.
Dealing with the administration of estates.
Dealing with the establishment and administration of trusts.
Ensuring matters are kept up to date in the case management system.
Essential Skills and Experience:
The ability to communicate well with colleagues and clients over the phone and in writing.
Minimum 3 plus years PQE.
You must be confident working in a team.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ensuring that all client work is progressed in a timely manner and that clients are regularly informed on progress and costs.
