Job Title: Newly Qualified Architect Reference: RSYO426 Location: York Salary: £28,000- 35,000 dependent on experience I am excited to be actively supporting a long-standing client of ours who have an excellent reputation within the industry for their award winning designs. This RIBA chartered practice have extensive expertise across large scale developments being specialists in residential care sector. Their talented team are dedicated to delivering innovative, creative and carefully crafted designs that positively impact their end users and improve quality of life. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Newly Qualified Architect to join a friendly and thriving architectural practice in the picturesque surroundings of York. You will have the chance to work across the RIBA stages on a number of exciting and complex projects, whilst gaining support for progression and professional development. The successful Newly Qualified Architect will be proficient in Revit, technically excellent and capable at delivering innovative designs across the care sector. Skills, experience and responsibilities for the role of Newly Qualified Architect: RIBA Part One, Two and Three qualifications Experience working as a Part two Architectural assistant in the UK Proficient in Revit Ideally experience working on residential or care home project of varying sizes Boast creativity and design flare Keen to input to company growth Motivated to continue own professional development Work across all project stages Meet deadlines Consistent with producing a high-quality level of work Live locally to Yorkshire Keen eye for detail Full clean UK driving licence and access to a car This is a permanent role.
