Location London Type Permanent Newly Qualified CTA and ready for your next challenge? London - hybrid working Do you want to work for a leading Professional Services firm that can offer excellent remuneration, culture, career progression and the chance to work with the best clients? The Opportunity : Work with listed companies, private equity owned groups and SMEs and provide advice regarding complex tax technical issues in UK and International corporate tax. This includes mergers and acquisitions, tax-efficient financing and reorganisations, dispute handling with HMRC and many other areas of tax advice and compliance. The person : You will be a self-assured, hands-on and entrepreneurial team player with a few years of UK corporate tax compliance and advisory experience You are able to undertake technical research projects and manage projects; including scheduling, budgeting and client communications. You are able to manage and mentor more junior members of the team You are confident in joining senior client stakeholders on-site and ensuring the successful delivery of projects as well as solutions to client's corporate tax challenges You are able to deliver a wide range of tax advisory services that support clients' commercial transactions across multiple sectors. What are they looking for? This team are looking to recruit at Senior and Assistant Manager level for their London office. ACA and/or CTA qualified or equivalent Good experience providing UK corporate tax compliance and advisory services; ideally exposure to international clients but not essential Good communicator with commercial acumen looking to get involved in business development and marketing initiatives
