We are currently supporting their recruitment for a Newly Qualified Family Lawyer to join their Cheltenham firm on a full time, permanent contract. We would be particularly interested in candidates who are willing to carry out legal aid work. You will be offered a highly competitive basic salary and great career enhancement opportunities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a background in family law and be passionate about developing their career within this field of work. The successful candidate will be required to have excellent communication skills, a high level of IT proficiency and exceptional organisational abilities to manage a diverse caseload effectively. Family Solicitors or Legal Executives with up to 3 years PQE are encouraged to apply for this role. Main Duties:

You will be dealing with a varied caseload of family law matters including divorce, finance, and private family law matters. You will be working within an established team and be looking for a successful practice where you can see your career flourish. You will join a supportive and friendly environment along with the opportunity to handle a mixed caseload. Maintain accurate records and manage case files efficiently. Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed about their cases and provide updates on legal proceedings. Required Skills and Qualifications:

Qualified solicitor with a practising certificate and experience in family law. Newly qualified. Experience in handling family law cases. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly to clients. Proficient in IT systems relevant to legal practice management and documentation. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines. A compassionate approach towards clients facing challenging personal circumstances. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This position can offer an immediate start for the successful candidate.
