Qualifications

University Nursing Student - will be live on the NMC Register Degree level nursing or equivalent Nursing mentor live on NMC register Experience

Demonstrates the ability to implement and sustain high levels of individualised, evidence based, clinically effective care Successful Completion of preceptorship Evidence of continuing professional development Skills

Excellent written and communication skills Understands and can demonstrate good working practices within the safeguarding agenda Ability to manage difficult or complex situations and to work under pressure Ability to organise and prioritise workload Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development A willingness to act as a mentor for students Specific requirements
