We are working with a well-established pharmacy in Fleet, Hampshire, dedicated to providing high-quality care and services to their community. They are seeking a newly qualified, GPhC registered pharmacist to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Dispense Medications:

Accurately process prescriptions and ensure the safe and effective delivery of medicines to patients. Patient Advice:

Provide expert guidance on medication usage, potential side effects, and alternative treatment options. Health Services:

Participate in health campaigns, medication reviews, and other services aimed at improving patient well-being. Customer Care:

Build strong relationships with patients, ensuring a high level of service and addressing any concerns or queries. Pharmacy Operations:

Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the pharmacy, from stock control to maintaining compliance with all regulations. Team Collaboration:

Work effectively with the pharmacy team and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care. Requirements: GPhC Registered Pharmacist:

Newly qualified with a passion for providing excellent service to patients. Service-Oriented:

Strong commitment to patient care and safety, with a focus on high-quality service. Professional Development:

Eager to continue learning and developing, with an interest in gaining Independent Prescriber training after 2 years of service. Benefits: Salary:

£46,000 per annum (pro-rata for over time). Incentive Bonus Scheme:

Commission-based, linked to services performed (details provided on request). Professional Growth:
