Monitor and record planned vs actual staffing levels and escalate issues when necessary. Person Specification: Experience: Experience as student adult nursing or newly qualified nurse adult. Proven communication skills and ability to negotiate. Ability to work as a team and form professional relationships with colleagues. Qualification: Newly qualified (within 8 months) or due to qualify within 8 months. Personal skills: Ability to demonstrate initiative and solve problems. Skilled in use of computer/key board.
