Job responsibilities: Be responsible for unsupervised assessment of patient care needs and development, implementation and evaluation of plans of care, ensuring high standards of evidence based care. Ensure accurate and comprehensive nursing records are maintained using appropriate written and electronic documentation. Proven communication skills and ability to negotiate. Ability to work as a team and form professional relationships with colleagues.
