We are offering newly qualified, or soon to be qualified, social workers, the opportunity to join our Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) programme. We are offering places across Children and Families Services. Our social workers are part of highly committed teams in a demanding and stimulating environment where you will have the opportunity to fulfil your potential. We will provide high quality supervision and support with a protected caseload during your ASYE together with access to a range of in-house training and development opportunities including our established and highly valued ASYE programme. Please indicate in your supporting statement if you have a preferred team. If you are shortlisted and invited to interview, you will need to provide evidence of your Social Work England registration or have written confirmation from your university that you are on track to qualify this summer. This role is deemed customer facing and as such you must have a command of spoken English which is sufficient to enable you to effectively perform the role.
