Our client, a forward-thinking, leading law firm with clients nationwide, is currently recruiting for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their successful Private Family Law Department on a permanent basis from their Gloucester office.
Working with the Head of Department, you will have support and supervision from the department's paralegal and secretary; however, you must be able to hit the ground running and handle your own caseload.
Your role will involve, but will not be limited to: Meeting with clients Taking instructions Providing preliminary advice Drafting documents Attending court as required (with or without Counsel)

Candidate Attributes:
Background in family law with experience in Divorce, Children Act, Cohabitee disputes, and Pre/Post-Nuptial Agreements Excellent telephone manner with strong communication skills Strong organisational and IT skills Self-motivated Ability to deal with sensitive issues compassionately and professionally
Hours: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Salary: Highly competitive and negotiable depending on experience + bonus scheme
