Location: Liverpool Who are we? From inception in 1 Nexus has become the go-to provider for outsourced security solutions in the UK. We provide all forms of security from mobile patrols to static guarding using our highly skilled and accredited supply chain of Network Partners. The Role: What to Expect: T-Trak development and support including desktop risk assessments for upselling opportunities both new and existing customers. Develop personalised outreach strategies for existing customers based on their historical data and preferences. Review group-wide data to conduct in-depth analysis of T-Trak reports and data to identify emerging trends and areas of potential upselling (e.g. Re-secure, Breach data FlyTipping). Review inspection issue reports to identify upselling opportunities, to quote resolve property issues that pose an immediate risk to property status. Implement targeted communication plans to engage with customers during specific seasonal campaigns or events. Support seasonal campaigns to drive revenue such as: Drain downs during winter, Dark night campaigns for increased security, seasonal initiatives based on risk such as horse fairs, planned events all supported by risk-related data. Who are we looking for: Sales experience, high volume outbound calls, proven experience of success within outbound call environment. Account management and development. Understanding the factors that influence customer satisfaction and the importance of consistently delivering outstanding service to enhance our customer’s experience. Ability to work in partnership with operational colleagues to enhance customer journey. Strong interpersonal and communication skills – oral, written and listening. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise daily tasks and good multi-tasking skills aligned to role needs. Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
