A day in the life of a Dental Nurse Advisor with DHU will involve: Working as a part of a compassionate & professional team. Making a positive impact on the lives of patients. Telephone triage of patients symptoms To be a successful Dental Nurse Advisor youll need: Registered with the GDC Significant & varied Dental experience 2 years post registration Good Level of IT / PC skills Be motivated, passionate, positive, resilient, and determined to provide the best care. Qualified Dental Nurse registered with the General Dental Council Be computer literate and have excellent communication and listening skills Be calm and confident, able to think quickly and solve simple and complex dental enquiries in a calm and sympathetic manner. You will also understand the importance of working in a team as well as working on your own. Previous experience of telephone triage is preferred in an emergency setting Significant and varied Dental experience post registration Disclosure and Barring Service Check
