In this demanding but highly rewarding career, you'll make a difference to patients who use the service every day. You will receive calls from patients requiring clinical advice. Using your triage experience and our NHS Pathways software, you'll ensure patients receive the most suitable treatment tailored to their needs, ranging from self-care advice to referrals to other services. You will need to commit to a
9-week full-time training programme , which will be fully paid. This training includes classroom-based learning, call listening, coaching in the call centre, and learning the clinical part of pathways. About Us

Qualifications
Registered General Nurse (RN1, RNA), Specialist Practitioner or Paramedic Valid registration with NMC / HCPC Teaching or assessing qualification Experience
Recent professional experience Experience of dealing with emotionally charged situations Previous experience in a call centre environment such as NHS Direct Supervisory/coaching/mentoring experience Disclosure and Barring Service Check
