Main duties of the Occupational Therapist: Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients in their homes or community settings to identify functional limitations, environmental challenges, and care needs. Using standardised and non-standardised assessment tools to evaluate physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities. Collaborating with patients, families, and carers to set realistic and person-centred goals. Requirements of the Occupational Therapist: Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy. Recent UK experience working as an Occupational Therapist. Recent NHS experience. Registered with the HCPC. Community experience. Car driver preferred.
