What you will do:
Operate as a vital part of the large Allied Health Professionals (AHP) and physical health team in the Forensic Service in North London. Deliver medium and low secure inpatient services for individuals with mental illness or learning disabilities, as well as forensic intensive care and outreach services. Gain specialized experience in nutrition support, weight management, diabetes management, and gastroenterology within a forensic mental health inpatient setting. Develop and implement comprehensive care plans with a strong patient-centered approach. Provide expert assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and advice to patients and their carers. Contribute to the existing high-standard clinical services while leading and mentoring staff and fostering continuous professional development. Work closely with the Multi-Disciplinary Team and external agencies, ensuring the service meets local and national standards.
