What you will do: Provide specialist Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions, bringing your expertise to the forefront. Offer consultative knowledge and support to the multidisciplinary team (MDT). Flexibly manage your caseload of service users, balance generic and profession-specific work, and take on a team duty role. Liaise effectively with various stakeholders both verbally and in writing, inventing imaginative communication methods. Collaborate closely with other agencies, families, carers, and local communities to enrich the lives of those you serve. Function autonomously in multidisciplinary teams, with supervision and support from the Clinical Lead and specialist Occupational Therapists. This pivotal role demands dedication and requires UK HCPC registration, along with your own vehicle as driving is essential.
