Lead and provide clinical supervision to the Home 1st Therapy team. Coordinate interdisciplinary assessments to prevent avoidable hospital admissions and readmissions. Collaborate effectively with MKUHFT, MKC, and third-sector participants to streamline patient pathways. Communicate clearly with other Home 1st leads to ensure patients' needs are addressed efficiently. Deliver advanced therapy assessments and treatments for service users. Contribute to ongoing service development to maintain excellence in care delivery. Partner with professional leads for therapies in MK to promote the development of therapy staff. Requirements:

HCPC Registration UK experience working as an Occupational Therapist Degree/Equivalent in Occupational Therapy Car driver with valid licence to facilitate community visits Bletchley is a fantastic place to live and work, offering a vibrant community and excellent transport links to larger cities like London.
