Manage a defined caseload from acute wards, ensuring accurate record-keeping and progress evaluations to inform ongoing care. Provide guidance and support to junior staff and contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery. Requirements for the role: HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist is essential. A degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy. Prior experience working as an Occupational Therapist in the UK is required. Demonstrable experience in a variety of mental health settings, including acute care, is necessary. Proven ability to manage a defined caseload effectively, using evidence-based and user-centred approaches to drive positive outcomes.
