Conduct assessments and create tailored treatment plans for patients in the Orthopaedics & Surgery department. Implement therapeutic interventions to aid in patient recovery and rehabilitation. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive discharge planning. Engage in regular patient reviews and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Provide support and advice to patients and their families to enhance recovery and independence. Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:

Hold a Degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy. Demonstrate recent UK experience working as an Occupational Therapist. Have recent NHS experience, with a focus on acute surgical and trauma wards. Be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Proficient in multidisciplinary team discharge planning. Living and working in the Isle of Man offers an unparalleled quality of life.
