What you will do: Deliver high-quality physiotherapy interventions for paediatric patients across Worcestershire. Develop and implement personalised treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support integrated care strategies. Supervise junior staff and students, fostering an environment of learning and development. Effectively delegate tasks to both qualified and unqualified staff members. Maintain comprehensive clinical records in adherence to professional standards.

Requirements: HCPC Registered Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy Minimum of three months of community experience At least six months of experience in paediatric physiotherapy Proven track record of supervising junior staff or students Experience with delegation tasks
