Utilise advanced clinical skills to conduct medication reviews in various clinical settings. Participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives to ensure the delivery of exceptional pharmaceutical services. Requirements: Must be registered with the HCPC. A minimum of two years of experience as a pharmacist within a relevant specialism. A car driver is preferable due to the multi-site nature of the role.
