Accurately dispense medications and manage pharmaceutical stock levels. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective patient care. Conduct patient medication reviews and provide pharmaceutical advice. Support aseptic services and radiopharmacy practices as required. Participate in quality management processes to maintain high standards of practice. Requirements:
Current GPHC Registration is essential. Previous experience within a UK-based pharmacy setting is required. Possession of an NVQ or equivalent Pharmacy Technician qualification is necessary. Experience in radiopharmacy, aseptic, and ward environments preferred, but possessing an ACT qualification is the minimum requirement to support outsourcing.
