Conduct comprehensive assessments using standardised tools and holistic approaches to formulate integrated care plans. Perform detailed falls risk assessments, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to create effective treatment strategies. Maintain clear and effective communication with all members of the healthcare team to ensure patient care goals are achieved to the highest standard. Provide supportive and informative guidance to patients and their families, promoting health and recovery. Requirements of the Physiotherapist: Qualified physiotherapist, i.e., Degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy Recent UK experience within specialised physiotherapy Registered with the HCPC as a physiotherapist to work in the UK NHS experience would be advantageous but not essential Working with Sanctuary Personnel: Sanctuary Personnel is a trusted and award-winning agency for roles.
