£32 per hour (assignment rate) Shift/Working Pattern:
Full time - part time will be considered Main duties of the Physiotherapist: Perform advanced assessments of patients referred to the Home First service, considering physical, functional, and cognitive needs Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans aimed at optimizing independence and mobility Provide manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and other evidence-based interventions to support recovery at home Requirements of the Physiotherapist: Qualified physiotherapist, i.e., Degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy Recent UK experience within specialised physiotherapy Registered with the HCPC as a physiotherapist to work in the UK NHS experience would be advantageous but not essential Community experience, inpatient experience and D2A experience Car driver preferable Contact:
