What you will do: Deliver high-quality physiotherapy care to patients within the community Assess, diagnose, and plan treatment for patients with complex needs, focusing on respiratory conditions and elderly care Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Utilise Systm1 for patient management and documentation Requirements: HCPC Registration is a must-have to step into this role Hold a Degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy Proven recent UK experience as a Physiotherapist Background in respiratory and elderly care, along with experience in community settings is essential Proficiency with Systm1 is desirable, so having a smartcard is a bonus Working in Worthing offers an enticing blend of coastal beauty and urban conveniences.
