Full-time or part-time, 12 hour shifts + days & nights Pay Rate:
£26-£41 per hour (assignment rate): Days: £26 per hour Nights/Saturdays: £34 per hour Sundays/Bank Holidays: £41 per hour Main Duties: Provide comprehensive mental health assessments for individuals presenting in crisis, identifying immediate risks and needs. Develop and implement crisis care plans tailored to the individual’s specific circumstances and goals. Prioritise referrals to the Crisis Hub, ensuring timely and effective responses to urgent mental health needs. Conduct detailed risk assessments, including self-harm, suicide, and harm to others, and implement appropriate interventions to minimize risks. Requirements of the Registered Mental Health Nurse: Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing. Proven experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse. Valid NMC Registration.
