NICEIC – Qualified Supervisor & Compliance Manager

The Client My client is a multi-disciplinary contractor based in Milton Keynes with approximately 100 employees and turnover in excess of £30M. They have a nationwide client base including Public Sector contracts and corporate businesses, Tier 1 contractors, FM providers and a focus on logistics and distribution centres. They are focused on capturing the growth that is being driven by the market trends for repair and refurbishment and regulatory pressure to maintain compliance and improve the energy efficiency of the UK s existing commercial building stock. They are implementing a people centric strategic growth plan focusing on developing a collaborative and inclusive culture, improving their quality processes and systems, employee and customer satisfaction and driving consistent and compliant services resulting in sustainable profitable growth. Key Responsibilities To carry out duties as a NICEIC Qualified Supervisor, validate and sign off NICEIC certification Working onsite to complete EICR, Remedial works and minor project works. Liaise with the client s representative and work colleagues through formal and informal meetings. Provide expert advice, support and guidance on electrical installations during day-to-day activities. Ensure that agreed quality controls in place are fully understood and implemented. Work with the Technical Manager to ensure Quality Audits are undertaken and that any adverse findings, including those raised by others, are closed out promptly. Providing guidance and assistance on quality and Health & Safety matters. Working knowledge of Health and Safety at work Leading by example and supporting setting the standards and tone of the business unit Qualifications C&G 2360 Pt 1 & Pt 2, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent C&G (2394 & 2395) or 2391 Testing and Inspection C&G BSth Edition ECS Gold Card Driving license Benefits £40,000 - £55,000 DOE Company Car 22 days holiday + bank holidays Company pension
