We are preferably looking for an experienced Night Auditor; however, we are able to provide on-the-job training. The role will be 40 hours a week, 5 out of 7 night shifts. Experience of working in a 4* Hotel is preferred. Job Role: Function: Oversee the smooth operational running of the hotel throughout the night and in absence of the Front of House Manager. Act as a Duty Manager on duty for the hotel and deal with and resolve any complaints, problems, disturbances, special requests, or any other enquiries. Create a strong, guest-focused welcome and departure experience. Ensure safety, security, and compliance of the hotel is a priority whilst on shift. Ensure clear handovers are detailed / provided to the departing and incoming Duty Managers. Conduct a night audit process. Serve late bar drinks / food. Act as a Fire Marshal in the event of an evacuation. Implement the Disaster Recovery Plan in the event of a crisis. Experience: Minimum 1-year experience in a similar Night role within a similar sized hotel. Minimum 1-year experience within a 4* Hotel. Strong understanding of OPERA or similar reservation systems would be beneficial. Job Types:
